In Bay City Michigan at a small park with antebellum roots, recently, each summer, baseball has returned as it was originally imagined. Watch carefully and see if you can catch a glimpse of Civil War Captain Abner Doubleday, Shoeless Joe, Babe Ruth and possibly Ty Cobb the Georgia Peach. On occasion Abe Lincoln has been known to appear. Next summer Ernie Harwell and Sparky Anderson are sure to be present.

Licensed Architect worked in all phases of facility project development including the initial design analysis and coordination of project documents through the construction phase. Project experience includes and encompasses institutional and industrial facilities. Many of these facilities have incorporated the design of office space and industrial manufacturing operations.

Received Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1974. In 1985 achieved professional Development Certification from the University of Wisconsin, Department of Engineering for Planning and Designing Functional R & D Facilities. Staff Architect Project Architect, Design Architect and Construction Administrator with SSOE, Inc., Midland, Michigan. Initially contracted through DCP, Inc., Fenton, Michigan, transferring to full time SSOE employee in September 2008.

Dow Corning Si QA Laboratory, Basis of Design, Zhangjiagang, China

In cooperation with the Dow Corning China operations team provided the architectural basis of design for this proposed facility.

** Dow Corning Si Warehouse, Basis of Design, Zhangjiagang, China

In cooperation with the Dow Corning China operations team provided the architectural basis of design for this proposed facility.

** BASF Storage Facility, Wyandotte, Michigan

The approximate 180,000 sq. ft. facility adds storage capacity to BASF operations.

HSC S-410 OET Facility, Hemlock, Michigan

Project Architect and design development for this project. The building is an approximate 7,600 sq. ft. facility intended for operations team use and team assembly, termed the Operation Excellence Team Facility.

** HSC S-306 HCL Refrigeration Building, Addition, Hemlock, Michigan

The approximate 4,200 sq. ft. additions add production capacity to the HSC facility mall area.

** HSC S-302 Host Tower, Power Pack Room & Transformer Building, Hemlock Michigan

The approximate 10,000 sq. ft. addition adds production capacity to the HSC facility mall area.

** Dow Chemical 1603 Building, Laboratory Feasibility Study, Midland Michigan

In cooperation with the Dow Planning Department provided the architectural basis of design for this proposed facility.

** Midland Chemical Conversion, Plasma Enhanced Melter Facility, Midland, Michigan

The facility was developed to convert waste product materials into relatively benign and reusable materials at the Dow Corning, Midland, Michigan site.

** Dow Chemical 1776 Building, Laboratory Renovation, Midland Michigan

In cooperation with the Dow Planning Department provided the architectural basis of design for this proposed facility. The construction of the project was completed in 2007.

** Dow Chemical 768 Building, Code Study, Midland, Michigan
Conducted a building code study focused on determining if the current use of the building meets the established identified use classification for the facility.

** Dow Chemical 477 Building, Building Fire Separation Upgrade, Midland, Michigan

The facility is a mixed occupancy business/industrial facility and the project was developed to correct deficiencies in the construction of the use separation barrier. The construction of the upgrade was completed 2007.

** Dow Chemical 374 Building, New Fire Pump Enclosure, Midland Michigan

The project was developed to improve the fire suppression system at the facility. Construction was completed in 2007.

** HSC, Various Projects, Hemlock Michigan

Involved in ongoing construction site support at the Hemlock, Michigan facility.
